Vistry Group, one of the UK's largest housebuilers, is exploring Ultra-Fin® as an innovative low-temperature heating solution for modern, energy-efficient homes.

With extensive floor-to-ceiling glass and a design temperature of -50°C, the project was considered too demanding by several heating companies. Ultra-Fin® designed the radiant heating system, which was expertly installed by Conquer Plumbing and Heating and fully zoned and controlled using Cross-Ultra manifolds.

Grade I-listed St Paul's Church in Covent Garden had never been heated effectively. Ultra-Fin®, Ultra-Clip™ and Cross™ manifolds were installed across 300m² by three installers in under five days-without altering the historic building fabric. The church is now extremely comfortable, with dramatically reduced energy consumption.
