Engineering simplicity into better systems.
Ultra-Fin® is a Canadian-founded hydronic technology and advanced manufacturing company focused on making heating systems easier to design, faster to install, more consistent to commission, and more efficient to operate.
A Company Built Around
a Better Question
Rather than accepting that hydronic systems have to become more complicated as performance expectations increase, we continually ask where complexity can be removed, where decisions can be standardized, and where products can be integrated before they arrive on site.
That philosophy began with radiant floor heating. Ultra-Fin developed a different way to deliver comfortable hydronic heat without relying on heavy floor assemblies or complicated installation methods. Over time, the same thinking expanded beyond the floor and into distribution, manifolds, controls, factory-built assemblies and complete system integration.
We are not simplifying systems by asking them to do less. We are simplifying them by engineering them to do more — with fewer field-built connections, fewer variables, and a clearer path from design to operation.
Built To Deliver Better Performance From Floor To System.
Ultra-Fin® began by rethinking radiant floor heating. The goal was not to create another variation of the same system, but to find a more practical way to deliver comfort using standard building assemblies and a simpler installation process.
That original product became the foundation for a broader engineering approach. Today, we are applying the same discipline to the rest of the hydronic system — including distribution, manifolds, controls and integrated assemblies designed to arrive at the jobsite further along in the construction process.
Rework the heating method around the building, not the building around the heating method.

We Engineer More Of the System Before It Reaches the Jobsite.
Modern hydronic systems can involve pumps, mixing components, manifolds, sensors, valves, actuators, controls, wiring, balancing and commissioning. Traditionally, much of that system is assembled piece by piece in the field. Every additional component, connection and decision adds labour, cost and another opportunity for inconsistency.
Our direction is different. Through factory-developed assemblies, intelligent controls and purpose-built components, we are moving more of the engineering and integration upstream. Automated and plug-and-play manifold solutions are part of that evolution: less field fabrication, fewer repetitive installation steps, more predictable results and a cleaner path to commissioning.
Better systems are developed, tested and refined continuously.
We approach Ultra-Fin as an advanced manufacturing company, not simply a component supplier. Product development, testing, system integration and manufacturing processes are central to how we grow.
We invest continuously in new technologies and in the way products are engineered and produced. That includes evaluating how a system is installed, how components interact, how controls communicate, how energy is used and how reliably the complete system performs over the life of the building.

Efficiency Across the Entire System
For us, efficiency is broader than a single energy rating. It includes how efficiently a product is manufactured, how quickly a system can be installed and used.

Designed For the Future
Of Heating
Buildings are becoming more efficient, and heating technology is moving toward lower water temperatures, electrification and smarter controls. Ultra-Fin is developing products around that transition — supporting high-efficiency boilers, air-to-water heat pumps, geothermal systems and other low-temperature hydronic energy sources.
Built in Canada. Growing Across Markets.
Ultra-Fin® was founded in Canada and has developed into an established hydronic heating brand across Canada and the United States. Today, our reach is expanding into the United Kingdom and Europe.
